Course enquiries and recommendations

A key part of converting student interest into an enquiry, and then into a successful enrolment, is to provide a quick and easy means for people to contact you about courses they are interested in.

Once someone has found the course of their choice using the
course search engine, the 'email enquiry' button included on every course page allows them to email you right away.

After their contact details and message have been entered, an email is delivered direct to your relevant college contact (e.g., your student services or course information team). The email will indicate the specific course to which the enquiry relates, and the details of the enquirer, so you can easily follow-up on the student prospect.

Each course information page also includes a 'tell-a-friend' button for people to recommend courses by email. The recipient will receive a hyperlink to the relevant course page on your website, thus increasing your site traffic.
