Hosting and support

College-in-a-box is a fully hosted, managed and supported service. So you don't need to worry about installing or maintaining any hardware or software. We set up everything for you, host your website on our servers, and take full responsibility for keeping it running smoothly and efficiently 24/7.

Before we launch your new website, we will provide you and your staff with training in using its content management system. (We think it's very user-friendly, but it's always nice to have someone to show you the ropes!)

Once your new website is launched, you have the reassurance of our ongoing customer support. If you have any questions or need any help, we're just a phone call or email away. And because we like to think of ourselves as your website partners, we will keep in regular contact with you. From time to time we'll give you a call - just to check that you're happy.
